I made my pleated face masks using two pieces of fabric that were 20cm by 20cm not including seam allowance, I added about 1.5cm seam allowance on to the 20cm. I used white cotton and part of a blue and white patterned fat quarter. I used white elastic to create the ear loops on my face mask.
